First Visit Consultation
You can expect personalized care from your very first visit. Every relationship at Davie Designer Dental begins with a free consultation. You will tour our facility and meet with our treatment coordinator, who will assess your suitability for dental implants. You will also meet with our doctors who will perform an I-CAT scan and oral exam to determine the best procedure for you. Our on-site financial coordinator will be available to provide all the necessary financial information. Day of Surgery
Most procedures take just a few hours, are scheduled early in the morning, and completed by the afternoon. You will be sedated for the entire procedure and recover comfortably. Once you wake up, you will be fitted with a temporary arch and then home by early evening. Post-surgery pain is minor and can usually be treated with over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen. Most patients can expect to resume normal activities the next day.
Post-Surgery
Patients that have selected the Full Arch Dental Implants will typically wear a temporary prosthesis for three months. This timeframe allows for proper adjustments and integration between your dental implants and bone. Once ready, Davie Designer Dental will use high-end, lightweight materials to design and set in place your permanent prosthesis. A removable implant denture is also available to our patients.
Aftercare Hygiene and Maintenance Services
Unlike other dental implant centers in Florida, Davie Designer Dental offers follow-up care. Our specialists recommend patients visit every six months for a routine follow-up to have their dental implants thoroughly cleaned and properly examined.
